Gents section includes 1 x toilet, a urinal and a sink with cold water only.

Trailer comes with; 3 x 30 metre waste pipes, water pipe, electric cable, 2 x door steps and an outside light.

The trailer was painted internally in spring 2009 and used throughout summer on a caravan park (with favourable comments from customers).

The trailer has no known leaks / faults. (one saniflow has been replaced new this year and both extractor fans have been stripped / cleaned oiled etc, the electrics were checked by an electrician in spring 2009).
